Heat Rush operates through our official website www.heatrush.xyz, offering digital services including: the Heat Rush platform, a point mining system, social media tasks, referral program, NFT minting, and distribution of the project’s native token HR (“the Services”).

By accessing any of the Heat Rush Services or participating in the Heat Rush Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use Heat Rush Services.

To participate in Heat Rush, you must create an account and connect a Web3 wallet.Important Notes:

• Once connected, your wallet cannot be changed.

• If you lose access to your wallet, any associated points or assets may be lost.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen private keys or seed phrases.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Heat Rush platform, including name, logo, designs, code, interface, and smart contracts, is the exclusive property of Heat Rush and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Not hack, disrupt, or alter the system in any way.

• Not misuse points or NFTs for fraudulent purposes.

• Not create fake accounts or use bots to cheat mining or referrals.
